The MANUFACTURER recommends using a water filter or softener . Reducing or eliminating calcium from your water can greatly improve the life and efficiency of your equipment by preventing the build-up of calcium in kettles, hot water coils and taps. It also prevents the formation of white marks on glasses and plates. Damage caused by limescale is not covered by the warranty.
