Flat bottom containers with a diameter between 12 and 26 cm made of:
- enamelled steel/iron
- stainless steel pans
- cast iron cookware
- pots in aluminum and very resistant anodization but only if they have a specific bottom for use on induction hobs
PANS NOT USABLE
- containers with rounded bottom or with feet
- containers with a diameter of less than 12 cm and more than 26 cm
- containers made of: glass, ceramic, terracotta, aluminum and copper unless these pans are equipped with a special base for use with an induction plate.
