- You can choose between the blast chilling program to quickly bring the temperature to +3°C, or the freezing program to quickly reach a temperature of -18°C at the core of the product, adjusting the blast chilling times.
- The blast chiller is equipped with a probe-spike to be inserted directly into the food to monitor the internal temperature via the digital control panel.
- Ventilated refrigeration is guaranteed by R290 refrigerant gas, which has a low global warming potential.
- The door closes automatically and, thanks to magnetic seals, can be sealed hermetically.
- Defrosting takes place with the door open.
